Facts and analysis, not advice

We report what filings and public sources say and explain how the mechanics work. We don't tell readers to buy, sell or hold any security, and we don't publish price targets, forecasts or "picks".

Every claim is cited

Every factual claim links to the filing or primary source it comes from. Sentiment and AI-audit data are labelled as such.

Same rules for every company

Coverage is open to any micro-cap, including Onfolio Holdings (our owner) and companies with a business relationship with it. Every company gets the same format and the same checks. Relationships are disclosed on the page.

Pages about our owner

Content about Onfolio Holdings is an issuer communication. It uses only information that's already public (filed with the SEC or released on the wire), is clearly labelled, and gets an extra review before publication.

No paid coverage

No company pays for coverage, and we don't accept compensation from issuers to write about them.

Bylines and AI

Articles carry an organisational byline. Drafts are produced with AI tools from structured filing data, under the rules above; we don't use invented author personas.
